RETINA – Association of Retired Teachers of the College
Retina, an association of the retired teachers of Sree Narayana College, Nattika was formed in 2004. It is a collective of those who spent the best part of their life in the Institution and for the Institution, sharing their happiness and sorrows, successes and failures, strengths and shortcomings. They meet every year on the second Saturday in December to share their memories and to plan their activities for the college. At present, Retina has 368 members in it

Objectives
- Assist the Teaching-Learning process in the college
- To honour the members who have made their mark in various fields after retirement.
- To felicitate the gains of their children
- Arrange care for the old and sick members
- Deal with service pension etc
- Conduct classes for the members
- Give financial assistance, if needed
- Participate in the programmes in college
- Help in NAAC Accreditation
- Conduct tour
