The Minority Cell in our college is devoted to safeguarding the rights and enhancing the opportunities of students belonging to minority communities. Its primary goal is to ensure that these students have equal access to academic, cultural, and welfare resources while feeling respected and valued within the campus community. The cell facilitates awareness and access to various government scholarships, skill development programmes, and employment-oriented workshops specifically designed for minority students. It serves as a welcoming space where students can discuss academic or personal challenges and seek guidance without hesitation. All interactions are handled with sensitivity and confidentiality, ensuring a trusting relationship between the students and the cell. For minority students, it stands as a source of encouragement, resources, and empowerment—ensuring they can pursue their ambitions in an environment that recognises and nurtures their unique identity.
